Who is eligible to live here?

We accept referrals for adults 18+ with an active DD Waiver who are capable of semi-independent living, including individuals transitioning from inpatient, emergency, or behavioral health settings.

Is the home DD Waiver certified?

Yes. Haveridge House is fully licensed and DD Waiver certified, and we work directly with CSBs, Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and hospitals on referrals.

What kind of support is provided day to day?

Residents receive 24/7 on-site staff support, medication assistance and reminders, life skills training, and guided community integration and engagement.

Can families or coordinators tour the home?
