Haveridge House is a licensed supportive living residence operated by JZC Community Homes LLC, providing housing and daily support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We accept referrals for adults 18+ with an active DD Waiver who are capable of semi-independent living, including individuals transitioning from inpatient, emergency, or behavioral health settings.
Yes. Haveridge House is fully licensed and DD Waiver certified, and we work directly with CSBs, Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and hospitals on referrals.
